How do I turn off Over due e-mail notices? (Urgent)
We have got a bad case of gremlins, over due notices are going out to the wrong e-mail addresses. I need to shut this down until we can fix the problem. But I'm not sure how to do that. Any help? Hi Elaine, switching overdue notices off in the patron category configuration should do the trick I think. This might also be a known bug - are you on 3.10.1? I deleted all the delays, and saved it, and it's now gone back to the original settings (delays, overdue notices and restrictions). However, Administration › Patron categories › seems to be working. Thanks!
