Segmentation fault in koha conf.xml emergency

I have no idea, but are you sure you've downloaded the correct binary for your server os? Otherwise I'd try to compile from source, see if that works better. Goodluck!

You also have to check the integrity of the system, since segmentation faults are very low level. Could be running out of disk or partition space, hitting arbitrary quotas, permissions conflicts, etc. Check /var/log/syslog and elsewhere for other error messages. Check that the the ownership of /var/[lib,lock,run/zebradb and the files contained therein are correct. zebrasrv can seg fault if it can't open the index you've pointed it at.
