quick question re: bulkmarcimport
Hello, As ever, I am struggling with the migration of my marc data. Yet, I persist. I am trying bulkmarcimport for the, oh, fortieth time... and it seems it wants an XML file, not my marc (.mrc) file. Does this sound right? I thought I would ask before I risk messing up the database. I used MarcEdit to convert my .mrc file to Marc21XML. I am running Koha 3.0. Thanks so much, Amy Amy C. Amy, Bulkmarcimport.pl can ingest both MARCXML and binary MARC (ISO2709, typically the .mrc extension). It defaults to ISO2709, but you can add " -m MARCMXL" to the call to change that.
