We have Koha set up so that if someone hasn't returned a book in 30 days, their account gets suspended. But we have noticed that some accounts are still suspended even though they don't have any overdue books. Maybe when a book gets returned, the account doesn't get automatically unsuspended? Hi Tim, are you suspending the patron using the debar flag in the overdue notice triggers? If so, I think the system preference AutoRemoveOverduesRestrictions might be what you are looking for. Hope this helps, Katrin Am 20.08.2014 um 22:23 schrieb magmatic:
