We are migrating from OpenBiblio to Koha. We need to import OpenBiblio records into the Koha database. Does anyone have experience in doing this? We have MarcEdit, so any templates would be useful. Dear Foster/ All You have to contact OpenBiblio support for how to import MARC records from OpenBiblio. Coz according to my info, OpenBiblio does not allow to import records in MARC (Correct me if I'm wrong). Otherwise you have to write your own SQL to import values in CSV format from OpenBiblio Database and then convert them using MARCEdit... Hello, Our library is looking into the possibility of migrating data from OpenBiblio into our catalogue, ideally keeping MARC tags where available but failing that, all the basic data in comma delimited format or something similar. Dale (or anyone else), were you able to extract data from OpenBiblio in a delimited format and if yes, are that any tips or websites you could pass along?
