Has anyone else had problems uploading local images? I'm at v3.08.04.000 for quite some time and I find that I can no longer upload local cover images. I can reach /cgi-bin/koha/tools/upload-cover-image.pl, select a file to upload and press the "upload file" button. The "upload progress" bar appears, stays for a sec at 0% and then disappears. No file seems to be uploaded, no further processing seems to happen. Manos
