Welcome to Koha! Our library migrated from another system about ten years ago and we're saving somewhere around USD $10,000 per year. I did a couple of videos demonstrating how to set up Koha; they're for a previous version and slightly outdated, but they'll give you an idea of what to do and how long it takes.
