Hi, The MARC21 authority frameworks that ship with Koha include (in the default framework) tags defined by the MARC21 classification format. [1] I'm not entirely sure that they belong there, however -- while it appears that classification records could in principle be used to authorize classification numbers found in both bibliographic and authority records, adding support for such functionality might well entail creating a separate set of MARC tables. Is there anybody making active use of the MARC21 classification format fields in their Koha database? For that matter, is there anybody making use of the MARC21 classification format, period? Is there anybody who has access to classification records who *wishes* they could use them in Koha?
