You can convert .iso file to mrc using MARCEdit.  Then use the commandline utility bulkmarcimport.pl available at C:\usr\koha228\scripts\misc\migration_tools

as C:\usr\koha228\scripts\misc\migration_tools>perl bulkmarcimport.pl -file /path/to/your/mrc/file.mrc
