We are using the zmailers from Creative Data products in South Carolina. They call theirs "Useal Library Overdue Notice". In the amounts we use they are $79 a box of 1000. We order 15 boxes at a time, you'd need more of course - we only have 7 libraries. We've been very happy with them. Here is what contact info I have: Rory L.
