I am just another newbie, so here goes? During the test phase of finding a replacement ILS, I found KOHA!! YEA!! It is load on a Windows XP Box with Apache 2.2.4, MYSQL 5.0.45, ActivePerl 5.8.8 (Build 822) and KOHA 2.2.8. After exporting the MARCs record from our old ILS (Athena) and then fixing them with (MARCeditor) They were seccessfully imported into KOHA with the bulkload utility. I decided at some point to Dump the records with the KOHA export function to see if there were any problems: As you can see by the attached sample records, the 090 $c / $d tag and the 952 $u show a problem. Koha asigned the same number to to different Books (952$u19849). It also cause the 090 $c and $d fields to go out of sync. Not sure if the maters or not. I looked at the Database and found that this happened five/six times in 39000 records.
