biblio records without items and location
Hi all! Is it possible especially with newer versions of Koha that bibliographic records that does not have accession nos./barcode can still have location data? This is for a union catalog that does not care on accession nos./barcode of books but only on the availability of certain titles. Yes. One way to do it is to create brief, "dummy" item records during import into the union catalog. It would not be necessary to supply real barcodes or call numbers, just the library that holdings the title. That way, it would be possible to do things like filter searches on holding library without having to make special index customizations.
