Where can I see and fix the problem of an account with the error message “Your account has been locked”. The username and password were re-set but still can’t login. Hi Peter, this is related to the FailedLoginAttempts system preference (https://koha-community.org/manual/18.11/en/html/systempreferences.html?highl...). How did you reset the passwort? According to what I read on bug 18314 resetting the password in staff and using the password reset feature should both work.
