Hi. My guess is you need the barcodes in a plain text document. The Word document format is not usable in Koha as it stands. I suggest you open the Word document and use File> Save as> Text document to save it as plain text. Then use that file as your stocktake. In future you could just use Windows Notepad for plain text.
