delete serial subscription
How do I delete serial subscription as I have made a duplicate and i want to delete the old one and edit the new but it is not happening. especially I want to delete serial subscription of a particular journal. please help me out. thanks and regards, Nalisha
Hi Nalisha, what have you tried in order to delete it? One thing maybe that could be confusing: There is 'Close' that will only indicate that you are no longer subscribing to the data, but the data will remain. Hi Nalisha, that's how it should work. Do you see the confirmation message before deleting the subscription? I've tested myself, but the subscriptions delete correctly for me. Which is the exact version you are you testing with? Do you have access to the server and could check the Plack error log for errors appearing when you try to delete a subscription?
