Dear Members I am a first time user of Koha. I have successfully installed Koha 2.2.7 in to my windows XP computer. I have a few questions. 1. How do I change the login name and password for intranet access. I m presently using the default login and password. 2. How do I get access to koha from other terminals connected to the lan or over internet. 3. In the Librarian interface, how to set password for accessing different modules such as catalogue, circulation etc. 3. When I try to add MARC record with framework Default ( I typed the ISBN and used the Z39.50 search tab) it is giving the following error. ________________________________________________________________________ Server error! Hi there, This brings up an interesting question(s) regarding our install of 2.2.7, and what is mentioned in that newbie guide. 1) we don't have a "members" mouseover option, all we see is a "patron" selection/interface 2) when a patron is created, there are not a multitude of flag options available. we only have 3 flags to choose from: Gone no address, Debarred, and Lost 3) what am I missing here, as I am also curious how to create a "librarian" account for our testers thanks! - Sean

members/patrons/borrowers .. teh templates call them different things.

Its not when creating, when you have created a borrower,member or patron :) On the moremember.pl page, there is a link to change password, and one to modify privileges.

If you choose to modify privileges, you can then assign privileges to that borrower, thus converting them into a librarian.
