I just want to confirm that when using the cart feature in Koha v. 3.03.00.004 (we just upgraded today), it is NOT possible to e-mail the contents of the cart unless one is logged in?

This is true, you must be logged in to the OPAC to be able to email a cart. This was done to fix this bug: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=3651 ...because it was possible to use the system to send spam. There is an opposing bug asking that this be changed back: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=4274 I too would like to see work done to make it possible for non logged-in users to email their cart.
