Always remember to reply to all so that other list members can help you and learn from your questions. Setting up a cron in Koha is no different than on any other web server. Do you have a circulation rule for the default library, default patron category and default item type? You need this rule even if you've defined all other possibilities in order to allow holds. More info here: http://koha-community.org/documentation/faq/circulation/#25

Dear Madam I am Phuong, a librarian at Tan Tao University. I am troubling with Place hold in Koha 3.2 I can add item and search it on Koha. I also do check in and check out. However I cannot place hold on item and my users cannot place hold on it. I looked at your answer but I could not fix this issue. Could you help me to solve it? I am waiting for your response!
