From the Main Koha staff menu (the following presupposes that the locations are predefined):

Go to Tools

Label Creator New Batch Enter barcodes, one per line -- first test with one & print no more than 50 at a time Add item(s) Export Batch Select template: etichette monografie and layout: 1) "spine lab.w/locatio" = for any titles that are not in the general stacks and where you want the location code to print on the label; expample: per, f, xf, stor, Ross, etc. 2) "spine labels monogra" for materials in the general stacks. Export Download as PDF Open in Adobe Ensure that the printer settings are correct (set "darkness" to 30 manually) Print
