Hi, I have noticed that for some biblio items I get a duplicate "Physical Description" field. When I view it (/cgi-bin/koha/MARCdetail.pl?bib=xyz) prior to editing it, it shows correctly only one 300f field. However once I click on "Edit biblio" I get a duplicate "Physical Description" field. If I then "Save Bibliographic Record and go to Items" and view it again (MARCdetail.pl?bib=xyz) I see now two 300f fields. If I then click on "Edit biblio' I get three 300f fields.... They just seem to grow. I have also noticed a similar behaviour with 245a and 245c fields (again only on some biblios). They also seem to duplicate when I click on "Edit biblio", however the additional one does not get saved with "Save Bibliographic Record and go to Items". Would anyone know if this is caused by a corrupt database or a subtle koha bug? What can I do to fix it or diagnose it further. I'm running koha2.2.6 on FC4. MARC check does not report any errors.
