Adding a new book to Koha (Resent as i did not send it to the Koha list). To do Marc/z3950 search for my home library on linux, i manually run z3950-daemon-launch.sh, as I have not got my z3950 daemon running at boot. If i have problems finding a marc records I end up doing these three steps. 1. search for the book in one of the existing marc table using the MARC biblio management screen (cgi-bin/koha/acqui.simple/addbooks.pl) 2. If this search fails then I then go to cgi-bin/koha/acqui.simple/addbiblio.pl by clicking on Add new or Create Empty biblio button and then do the z3950 search. 3. If the little window say not found, I go back to step one and i normally find that the good old National Library of Scotland has my book. Give this a go and see if it helps, my problem may be different to yours as i have muck around with Breeding.pm, because title searches without ISBN were not being displayed.
