Koha 3.18 : Search Patrons -- Possible Bug
Hi guys, My server is Debian 7, and Koha was installed using the packages (koha-common). I upgraded to Koha 3.18, and now searching the patrons works only if I enter borrower number. Searching by name, first or surname, email address does not work (search returns nothing). Hello Arslan, I've just upgraded to Koha 3.18 (Debian 7, packages install) and Patron searching is working well. As the result table is loaded via ajax, did you try to look in your browser developer tools, if there is some javascript error? In Chrome 39.0.2171.71, opening members-home.pl results in following errors in Chrome's console: http://s16.postimg.org/hwizcejpx/search.png Entering a name of a patron and clicking "Search" does not work. And clicking any alphabet (for browsing) results in another error entry: http://s16.postimg.org/qdihnboet/browse.png In Firefox, things work correctly. Search works. Browsing patrons work. No javascript errors. Just checked same thing in Chromium 37.0.2062.120 Built on Debian 7.6 (64 bit), and search and browse patron work perfectly there. Not even a warning. Hi guys, So, this morning, I noticed that Google Chrome (Windows) did not have the issue. Browsing patron working, and patron search working. I checked the console, no errors. I checked the browser version and it was still 39.0.2171.71 (no auto upgraded). But issue has resolved automagically. Not sure how. May be it was a cache issue.
