How do we attach an institutional logo on opac homepage or Staff client page?

You don't say what version of Koha you're using, but if you're using a fairly recent version you can use a combination of system preferences to inject HTML, CSS, and JavaScript into the OPAC or the staff client. In the OPAC you probably want to look at the 'opacheader' system preference for adding HTML to the top of OPAC pages. The OPACUserCSS and opacuserjs preferences let you add CSS and JS, respectively. In the staff client there is a preference, IntranetUserCSS, which allows you to add CSS to the staff client. This can be used to customize the logo in the staff client login page or in the staff client header. This blog post talks about customizing the staff client logo.
