Date and time of next Kohacon11 volunteers meeting
Hi All, I had to miss the last scheduled volunteers meeting and since there were only two attendees they decided to postpone the meeting. Attendance at Kohacon11 volunteers meeting in the #koha irc channel has been poor. So here I am requesting the community to discuss & decide over email exchange, the date and timing of the next meeting so that as many as possible people may attend. The key thing is to get you or others on-site to attend, so could you please pick some times you can make and then put up a poll? There is a suggestion on the poll from Paul that any meeting must be informed at least one week in advance and I agree with him. Also we have not garnered much response on the poll. Only 5 votes apart from mine, so I am cancelling this poll and proposing new dates of two weeks from hence here http://www.doodle.com/b4gqk76xqq59ckxi. That will give us one week to decide the date and then one weeks warning to all concerned to attend the meeting. I will close the new poll on 21st June 2011 and send out a mail to the lists announcing the date and time getting highest votes. Hi All, The poll at http://doodle.com/b4gqk76xqq59ckxi received response from only six people. As per the poll there are three date + time combinations that received most ( 5 ) ticks each. These are Tuesday June 28 2011 6.00 UTC Wednesday June 29 6.00 UTC Wednesday June 29 8.00 UTC Out of these I would personally prefer Wednesday June 29 6.00 UTC so should we fix on that?
