Community members, In case you missed it in the most recent newsletter (July 2011) I am resigning my post as newsletter editor and am currently seeking someone to fill my position. I have held this post for 1.5 years and am unable to continue managing both the manual and the newsletter (and of course all the other stuff I do). The new editor will take over for the August issue and continue at least through December 2012. That will be a 1.5 year term (as mine has been). If you would like to volunteer please do so at the next Koha meeting or place your proposal on the agenda if you cannot attend the meeting. Thanks Nicole C. Engard
Hi, I volunteer to serve as newsletter editor. I don't know the qualifications but can offer these tidbits: 1. I have experience editing newsletters and currently edit one for a community organization. 2. I've participated in the Koha community for two years, online and at two KohaCons. 3. I keep up on what's happening in the community--I read the main and developer lists regularly and subscribe to two dozen Koha-related RSS feeds. I plan to attend the IRC meeting on August 2 (well, August 1 here). ----- Cheers, Daniel Grobani Library Technology Specialist John A. I think I'll be out of town for the meeting but Daniel has my vote if he wants the job :) Nicole On Wed, Jul 27, 2011 at 7:49 PM, Daniel Grobani <dgrobani@samuelmerritt.edu> wrote:
