Katrin, I think this is something different. The change to WELCOME does not take place until version 22.05 according to https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=30237. The version in question is 21.11.10. Correct me if I am wrong. Check if you have a WELCOME notice defined. It will also be sent through the message_queue now, so you can check for entries in the table as well. Hi Christopher, good point :) I looked a little closer and there are some bugs on this tree that were pushed to 21.11: *Bug 27812* <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=27812> - Remove the ability to transmit a patron's plain text password over email *Bug 17648* <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=17648> - ACCTDETAILS notice doesn't show in the notices tab in staff So the notice is still ACCTDETAILS, but there still have been some changes. Hi folks, I've checked the history of 21.11.x branch but I don't see any changes in C4::Letters.pm nor tools/letter.pm between 21.11.07 and 21.11.10...
