Hi I have used the inventory tool of Koha 3.0 to check the items in the library I manage. Now I would like to have a list of all the missing items. For that I would like to search for items with le date-last-seen prior to 2008-06-01 (the date I started). How can I do that? In the search dialog I couldnt find a possibility to do so. Beda
Beda, You can do this by clicking on the calendar next to the date field and choosing the < next to 'Today' Or by typing your date into the box. Or am I misunderstanding your question? Thank you. I have noticed that. But in the inventory you can only mark them as seen. I would like to print a list of the missing books or to add them to a public list with a note like: Who has seen those? Bring them back at once. or something similar. Is that possible? Beda
There is a 'Not seen since' date as well - so if the book hasn't been seen since May 1, 2008 it's probably missing - if I understand what you're saying ... right? --- Nicole C. Yes. This way I get all the items I have not seen during my inventory and that are obviously missing. But I would like to add all of these books to some list or to print some report. As I understand it this can't be done from the inventory (except by clicking on each and every one of the biblios and adding them to some list). Beda
