I've been working on extracting the circulation code from the program logic in order to make an interface that uses perl-tk. This should make developing a web interface for circulation easier as well. I'm not currently planning on making a web interface (although I was thinking about it a bit today), but if you find someone who is, get them to talk to me so I can explain what I'm doing. To add branches, you need to do some SQL stuff.
