I got the same thing a couple of days ago. Google Translate says it's simplified Chinese for "Hello, your email has been received, I will contact you as soon as possible." MedStar's e-mail malware guardians didn't flag it. Could it be an actual mistake rather than malicious? Other theories are welcome.
