How to create authority file of personal name to maintain consistency
Suppose during data entry one staff may enter it as Ranganathan.S.R and other staff as Ranganathan, SR or Ranganthan , SR if there are 40 books of Ranganathan and all the entry has to be same as Ranganthan, SR how to do it in the authority file please give the solution -- *Dr. B. Hello, If you are looking at "punctuation" for ISBD, it can be setup at Koha administration>Global system preferences>Cataloguing> (under Display)>ISBD ..here you could mention, various punctuation marks used for cataloguing.
