Hello everyone,
My name is Melissa Clarkson and I am the Team Leader of the Library at the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. We have been on Koha for 2 ? years.
We have started scanning book cover images that are not available from Amazon to have them available in our OPAC and also our current awareness bulletin. They display great in the bulletin, but in
OPAC it creates formatting issues and looks plain ugly.
I have approached Catalyst IT in Wellington New Zealand about
issue, and they have advised that it will take 28 hours. They will work through the bug that is creating this issue. The outcome will be that we can use multiple sources to get the book covers from, including local images uploaded in to Koha. I can't justify

You didn't actually say in what way you were "offline" so I don't know how well I can help.
However, it might be that you're hitting this:

If so, the fix is to run:
sudo a2ensite instancename.conf sudo service apache2 restart

Hi Ilesanmi,
Hiya !.
Please, we would like to know how much does it cost to install koha / Opac ?.
Koha is free and open source software. Free to download, free to install, free to modify, and use on as many systems as you want without any licence fees. (http://koha-community.org/) If you have the technical and human resources available to you in house, you do not need to pay to install Koha. A number of companies do provide commercial support though, offering you customization, support, training, installation etc. You can find a list at http://koha-community.org/support/paid-support/. It will be hard for anyone to give you a price off the bat without knowing your exact support requirements. I work for one of the support companies listed and if you want to know how we may be able to help, you may reply to me off list Regards. Olugbenga Adara

Hi Ilesanmi, Rather than replying to the digest, its better to start a new thread. Koha is free software that you can download from http://koha-community.org/download-koha/ . The recommended method of installation is from Debian packages. You can ask questions on this list. Koha is also an enterprise-class LMS, so you may save a lot of time by purchasing commercial support. A partial list of companies that can help you is here: http://koha-community.org/support/paid-support/continent/ ProjektLink Konsult Limited is in Nigeria: http://www.projektlinkkonsult.com There is no standard price for Koha services. Approach support companies directly. I hope this helps, Bob Birchall Calyx
