Backing up Koha using AutoMySQLBackup
I am curious if anyone is using AutoMySQLBackup [1] as part of their Koha backup scheme. I saw the script mentioned on a list for a different LAMP project and it looks interesting (and is highly rated). Has anyone else tried this or some other script? I've been using that script for a while and it seems to work very well. I've commented out the lines that create unrotated monthly backups though, because without regular attention, they could fill up your hard drive fairly fast. Hi Ed, I have used this on a few Koha systems and am happy with it. I have modified it for local use to also create tar backups of certain files and to use rsync to copy the backups offsite to another server. It seems to be a solid and useful script. Ian On 09/03/2010 14:26, ed c wrote:
