You can do testing without using DNS by putting an entry for library.ffm.org in your local machine's "hosts" file (the location depends on what operating system you're running) that points to your local machine's IP address. The domain registrar for ffm.org (it appears to be godaddy.com) should provide you with some sort of dashboard that allows you to create DNS records. I can't give you more specific advice because I don't use godaddy.
