Dear All, When patrons are sending some suggestion to the library staff, they are not geting the message. Is the message are send as e-mail. Then is there any other configuration to be made for getting the mail. Then is there any other configuration to be made for getting the mail. The suggestions will show up in your acquisitions system, not via email. You will need to set the acquisitions to 'normal' in system
