Hi All, I want to update my koha version 3.22 to version 17.11. Already install version 17.11. what is the process to update the version? In previous versions the process that was to download the new version and connect the database of the old version to the new version. Then enter the staff module to run the update process, is the process still the same? Thanks for your help, Ricardo ____________________________________________________________________
Hi Ricardo, this is still possible yes. You can move your older database to a newer installation and Koha will detect the difference and update the database through the web installer. You can also update an installation to a newer version directly, for example, using the packages. But it's always recommended to do a test run separate from your production database first, especially for such a big jump. Hope this helps, Katrin On 04.01.19 23:46, Ricardo Ruiz wrote:

Hello Benjade and Katrin, Finally I made the update of the database using the packages (koha-upgrade-schema). Currently I only have the following error reported in Home> About> System information: "Data problems Some of your tables have problems with their auto_increment values which may lead to data loss. You should not ignore this warning. The problem is that InnoDB does not keep auto_increment across SQL server restarts (it is only set in memory). So on server startup the auto_increment values are set to max (table.id) +1. To know how to avoid this problem see the related wiki page: DBMS auto increment fix Problems found Holds The following ids exist in both tables holds and old_reserves: 18, 9 ". I will work on reviewing those errors. Thank you very much for your help. Ricardo. ____________________________________________________________________ El dom., 20 ene. 2019 a las 10:54, Katrin Fischer (<katrin.fischer.83@web.de>) escribió:
