Hi Rizwan, lists of new arrivals are often added to the OPAC using plugins. The coverflow plugin is one example: https://github.com/bywatersolutions/koha-plugin-coverflow You can find more browsing the repositories listed at the wiki: https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_plugins Instructions on how to add them to Koha should be given in the plugin descriptions.
