Has anyone heard if there will be a KUDOS conference this year. I am trying to organize a sharing meeting for CT (and vicinity) KOHA users and do not want to conflict. KUDOS has been very quiet of late - I suspect that there may not be a conference this year. I say go ahead and plan. They can plan around you. :) Liz Rea lrea@nekls.org On Feb 1, 2012, at 11:45 AM, Hal Bright wrote:

One or two or three of us here at RHCL would certainly be interesting in attending if there is a conference. Greg -- Greg Lawson Rolling Hills Consolidated Library 1912 N. Belt Highway St. Joseph, MO 64506 -------------------- On 02/01/2012 12:21 PM, Liz Rea wrote:

Dear friend, I am a very new participant in Koha. I also would like to go to the workshop or conference which talk about using Koha. However I do not know when and where and how to get this information. If someone know, please let me know! Best regards, Phuong On Thu, Feb 2, 2012 at 3:51 AM, G. Laws <glawson@rhcl.org> wrote:

Salvete!

First thing is first. Welcome to the Community! The international Conference is KohaCon. It's 5-7 June in Edinburgh, Scotland. There is a hackfest afterwards that runs from 9-11 June. The relevant page on the wiki for this stuff is here: http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/KohaCon12_Summary I realise folks can't globe trot. There's an IRC meeting every month. February's meeting is coming up on the 8th. Information on that is here: http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/General_IRC_Meeting,_8_February_2012 There might be more specific local listservs in your neck of the woods that would give you more information about local Conferences and get togethers. Cheers, Brooke
I think there would be several interested in a KUDOS type meeting but it would just have to be arranged! -- David Schuster Library Technology Coordinator Plano ISD ---- Phuong Le <phuong.le@ttu.edu.vn> wrote:
