For some strange reason not every call number prints out on the spine label (I've tried both the existing template and a few of our own.)

It seems to manly focus on records with more than one item.

We've printed thousands of labels through Koha with many multi-item bibs hand have not had problems so far. Have you checked your logs to see if there is anything there which might give a hint? Also, what version of Koha are you using? (About->Koha) Kind Regards, Chris
