Please reply the list also so others may help or be helped. :-) Everything Koha should be UTF-8. Encoding issues are very common problems with label printing. So this might be an issue. If it is, there should definitely be an error logged inside of the corrupted PDF. If you don't mind, send along the corrupt PDF, and I'll have a look. Kind Regards, Chris
