This is interesting but does not advance matters very far. To date, Liblime has an exemplary record in releasing code back to the project and should be encouraged to continue that. They do not deserve to be beaten up. PTFS' flagship product remains closed source. Of greater interest to me is the apparent attitude of Liblime customers (WALDO ?) who are reported to be applying "considerable pressure by sponsored developments to embargoing the code". So they want to take all the open source code contributed so far and not add back their developments? Perhaps they can tell us whether that is true and if so explain the rationale? Bob Birchall Calyx
