Monday, January 9, 2006 19:43 CST Hi, Wojciech, In short answer to your question, Koha is still catching up with MARC standards (the original contractor that initiated its development was MARC-phobic). It is still not clear to me if there has been a release target established for full MARC compliance yet. For the meantime, there have been various workarounds suggested (ones that, unfortunately, are not acceptable to libraries requiring full MARC compliance in their ILS: you will know your library's situation). If you check back through the Archives you will find various temporary solutions proposed, although none are complete resolutions since the 650 needs to be repeatable to cover all the data that can be in valid MARC 650 fields.
