I have alot of questions but I'll start with this: Are all errors reported in koha-error_log actually errors? I have a fresh install of Koha 2.2.9 on a debian linux box, with MySql5.0. I cannot add books. The first error in the process seems to be a sql query but I have manually performed the the query in MySql and it does not produce an error just zero items selected.
