Hi Giacomo, at the moment the text of the cart email is hardcoded and cannot be edited or changed. There is an open bug report for moving the text into the notices tool: *Bug 3150* <https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=3150> - Move emails for sending cart and list contents into notices tool. Instead of using the cart for reservations, maybe you could encourage your users to use holds or article requests instead. This would give you better access to the information from the staff client and you would be able to automate the process more, like sending notices when the items are ready for pick-up. For example: - Field 020a (ISBN): can be ommited, has no relevance for us in this case. - Field 773t: is relevant when readers want to reserve an article, would be useful to have in our 'Cart'.

I searched the manual but to no avail. We are using Koha version 18.11.09.000.
