Can you tell me why i got fail interface on OPAC? I think OPAC.css is failed? I did reinstalled, still got this. Please help.

"Fail interface" or "failed" is not very clear, however I did work out what you meant. This also occurs with a fresh install of Koha 3.10 on Debian using the packages.
