Hi Nicole, I checked the expiration date. I renewed the patron with the button. I have also renewed the patron by editing the information page. The expiration date does not show up on the information page when I go back to it. Good afternoon,

We transferred all of our patrons this weekend to Koha 3.0 All the marc records were loaded into the system. I was thinking life was great. Hmmm, something must enter now... whenever we choose a patrons name we get the following message:

Checking out to Darla Grediagin (9950040)

Cannot Check Out!

I know that the patron is current and all required information has been entered into the system. Any ideas why this message may come up?
