I'm cc'ing the koha list on this in case someone can provide better advice. That directory should contain your koha installation. Or, you should modify the apache configuration to point to your koha installation files. -- (I'm slightly sleep deprived right now. --definitely appears to be the problem. Apache is looking there on your machine to find your koha installation but not seeing it.

If it's not clear from that, post what is showing up in the error log.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.2.13 (Linux/SUSE) Server at 192.168.0.98 Port 80}, I cannot see any probable error in the logs... any help would be highly appreciated.
