Adding randomly generated password to member entry form using intranetuserjs
Hello, I work on behalf of the Base Library Consortium, a group of health libraries in the UK. We are upgrading to Koha 18.11 soon. I wondered if anyone has added the random password generator from member-password.tt to the OPAC/Staff login section of the memberentry form, using JavaScript in intranetuserjs. Hi Emma, we haven't, but I think it would be nice, especially for generating a first time password when using the ACCTDETAILS notice. I think it would be good to have a bug/enhancement request reported for this on bugs.koha-community.org. Hi Emma, I took a stab at making this work using IntranetUserJS. I copied the randomizer function from member-password, tweaked it slightly so it affects the password inputs on memberentry, then added the generator link after the second password box.
