Hi Margo, as I understand it the problem is, that there is no more connection between the cancelled order and a bibliographic record (deleted or not) in the database, as the biblionumber in aqorders is deleted, when you cancel the order. There has been some discussion about that and a bug report: http://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=10758 I think it's currently not possible to repair the link from the user interface and not sure if there would be side effects using SQL. Maybe you could add the title and author to the order notes for now? Hope it helps, Katrin
