Appointment of Head of Libraries, Horowhenua.
/Posted on behalf of Horowhenua Library Trust./ The Horowhenua Library Trustees have much pleasure in announcing the appointment of Joann Ransom to the position of Head of Libraries for the region. Joann has been instrumental in the development of the Koha and Kete library systems, recognised nationally and internationally. She has just been designated one of the American Library Association Movers and Shakers for 2010, the first New Zealander to be so honoured.
