I seem to be up against the wall in my attempt to get this product, installed while an employee of the Racine Art Museum but not configured, or working on any level. I keep getting errors while trying to Z39.50 query the LC, or Canada resources, even though it's clear that data is found. Are there consultants out there that provide this type of service? If so, what might the museum be expecting in the way of fees? Remote access can be provided (SSH, even tunnel VNC if you like). My only alternative at this point is to suggest a small Access DB or the like to provide some form of digitization of this small library.
